Giousouro, established in 2001, is a family-run restaurant shaped by the flavors of the sea and the earth of Crete. Coming from a family of fishermen, we grew up with a deep respect for the sea, its rhythm, and its culture. That connection still guides our kitchen today, where fresh ingredients, honest cooking, and local tradition come together in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
